Jolanta Grosicka (AFA, AAIA, BA)

Jolanta became a partner in 2009. She is alumna of the prestigious School of Economics, Law and Medical Sciences (WSEPiNM) in Kielce, Poland, where she majored in Economics, Accounting and Finance. She is a specialist in social policy, accounting and finance. She possesses professional certifications in finance and accountancy in the UK and Australia.




Titus Ayodele (FFA, FFTA, FAIA, MSc)

Titus started his professional career at a chartered accountants’ firm in Lagos Nigeria in 1991. He incorporated Julius and Julius & Associates in Nigeria in 1997 and also in the UK in 2009. He possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from London South Bank University; a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from University of Northampton; and a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance & Leadership. He has conducted a number of research work such as investigating leadership in challenging circumstances & leadership response to the global financial economic crisis in local authorities in London; Titus also worked on corporate governance and the effectiveness of board of directors in Nigeria’s publicly quoted companies. He has professional certifications in finance and accountancy in the UK, Canada, Australia Norway and Nigeria.

Majeks Walker (LLM)

Majeks has taught and practiced law since 2004. He has an LL.M. with specializations in Banking Law, Conflict Law, Corporate Law & Law of Foreign Investment in Emerging Economies from University College London, United Kingdom. He was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2006. He has a Certificate in Law Teaching and he is a qualified SPP Mediator. Majeks is passionate about education and has taught law at Kaplan Law School and The University of Greenwich, both in the United Kingdom. He has also taught Criminology & Psychology at Royal Holloway University of London. He currently teaches law at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels at The University of Westminster and Regent’s University London, both in the United Kingdom. He is a seasoned corporate trainer and provides advice and training to many multinational companies and sovereign states on various legal issues. Majeks also does a range of philanthropic work, including helping to give a voice to those that cannot afford legal representation. He teaches legal skills in the Sierra Leone Summer School.


Babatunde Gabriel Ogundare (LLM, MPA)

Babatunde is a legal practitioner working as a legal officer and adviser to various reputable organizations in both the public and private sectors. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria, where he obtained his LLB in 2008. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School Abuja where he obtained his LLM and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. During his time on the compulsory National Youth Service Corp programme in 2010, he won the overall state award of the Best Batch Corp Member and also a national award for singlehandedly building a model medical clinic for the inmates of the Medium Security Prison, Akure, which was the first of its kind to cater for the medical needs of the inmates in Nigeria. He was given an automatic and immediate employment as the Legal Officer of the Nigerian Prisons Service, Ondo State Command. He also obtained his Masters in Public Administration (MPA) in 2016 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. He is presently pursuing his Ph.D. He has attended various seminars and workshop both in and outside Nigeria. He is happily married with children.


Lukmon Bola Ogunbadejo (FCA)

Lukmon is an accounting & finance professional with over twenty (20) years’ experience in audit & investigation, taxation, management accounting reporting, banking and finance. He trained in audit and taxation at Akintola Williams Deloitte (a firm of chartered accountants) before joining a private company as internal auditor and later as management accountant. He got licensed to engage in public practice as an Incorporated Financial Accountant in 2013, specifically to carry out accountancy, taxation, financial advisory, feasibility studies, business & management consultancy services. Lukmon possesses a BSc in Accounting with Second Class, Upper Division. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA). He has attended several courses / trainings in various fields.


Babatunde Joel Kolawole (FCA)

Babatunde is a chartered accountant & chartered taxation practitioner with over twenty (20) years’ professional experience providing auditing, accounting & investigative services to government agencies and not-for-profit organizations; to hotels & hospitality, insurance, newspaper publishing, manufacturing, banking, real estate and logistics industries. He also provides due diligence and reporting accountancy services to the hotels & hospitality, insurance and publishing industries. Babatunde obtained an MSc in Contemporary Accounting from Leeds Metropolitan University, UK in 2009. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Member of Certified Risk Institute, Altana, Georgia, USA. He has attended several courses / trainings in various fields, which include the Financial Analyst Programme and the Leadership Programme at Lagos Business School (LBS), Nigeria in July 2004 and October 2010, respectively; the IFRS Programme at JCA International, Nigeria in November 2010; and the Deloitte IFRS Academy, Nigeria in November 2012.


Olanrewaju Omimakinde

Olanrewaju is a chartered accountant with over twenty (20) years’ experience in both Nigeria and the United Kingdom. His areas of expertise include finance & accounts; audit, control & assurance: tax management; financial forensic audit; financial analysis; financial & business investigation; inventory management; and others accounting-related areas. Olanrewaju started his career with Gafunk Computers Ltd where he got rooted in the use and workings of computers before he went for training in a firm of chartered accountants. Olanrewaju self-kicked his professional accounting career with the Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) and was inducted as an ACA member in 2004; and became a member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) in 2014. He possesses an MSc Degree in International Accounting & Finance with a grade of Merit from Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom; and an MBA Degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.


Wole Ogunjobi, MBA

Wole is an independent consultant with more than seventeen (17) years’ experience originally as an engineering & project management professional in the energy arena and has in the past eight (8) years been engaged as an independent consulting professional in the provision of consulting services to different industries. His background in the energy arena has entailed working with oil services companies such as PWO, OOPE, LMTN, Apply Leirvik (formerly LMT AS), DSME and NNPC/NETCO; participation in the development and execution (engineering, procurement, construction and installation) of a number of major capital expenditure oil, gas & power projects (greenfield & brownfield) of approximately US$4 billion for companies such as ExxonMobil, BP, Chevron, Addax, Petrobras, Odfjell Drilling, Total and Transocean; and in the capacities of a mechanical package engineer, a piping engineer, a marine package engineer, a project engineer, a business development executive, a proposals manager and a project manager. His areas of expertise include feasibility studies; capital project development, engineering & management; marketing management; operations / process management; people & organization; strategic management; enterprise performance analysis & improvement; and procurement management. His academic qualifications include a BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 2000; a Global MBA Degree obtained from Manchester Business School – The University of Manchester, UK in 2014; and an Executive Certificate in Innovation Management in Emerging Markets, a programme jointly administered by Manchester Business School (MBS) – The University of Manchester, UK, and Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-EBAPE), Brazil in 2018. His specialized industry training includes a certificate in Turnkey Fabrication of Offshore Living Quarters obtained from Leirvik Module Technology AS, Norway in 2004; and a certificate in Marine Engineering obtained from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Company Limited, South Korea in 2006.





Professor Kunle AJAYI (PhD)

Prof Kunle Ajayi teaches Political Science, International Economic Relations and Peace & Security Studies at the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. He obtained his BSc degree from the Ondo State University, Nigeria (now Ekiti State University), Ado-Ekiti; and his MSc degree in International Relations and PhD degree in Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He was the best student in the BSc and second-best student in the MSc graduating degrees results, respectively. Prof Ajayi eventually became the first alumnus of the Department of Political Science of Ekiti State University to bag a PhD degree. Prof Kunle Ajayi started his career in academics as a Graduate Assistant in 1990, as the first alumnus to so be employed in the Department. Through hard work and the uncommon Grace of God, within a short period of his debut in Academics, he rose through the ranks to become a Professor in 2006. He thus, again, became the first alumnus of the department to attain a professorial chair in any university in Nigeria. His areas of specialization and research interests cut across international relations; international economic relations / international political economy; foreign policy; conflict & peace studies; intelligence & security studies; democracy & good governance; and women & gender studies. Professor Ajayi is academically very productive as his works have been published widely in both local and international journals. He has more than 80 publications to his credit, in addition to authoring a number of textbooks. Prof Ajayi is an editor and assessor to many learned journals, including the reputable International Political Science Review published in Canada. He is an external examiner and assessor to a number of universities in Nigeria and abroad. He is a member of a number of professional and research / study bodies within and outside Nigeria, including the International Political Science Association (IPSA). He is a Quality Control Assessor to the National Universities Commission (NUC), Abuja, Nigeria. Prof Ajayi has won some academic awards and fellowships including: Fellowship of the Child & Youth Institute, CODESRIA, Dakar, Senegal; the Advanced Research Fellowship of CODESRIA, Dakar Senegal; and the Research Fellowship of the Institute of Gender & Women Studies, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. He has held many responsible positions in Ekiti State University, Nigeria, including Deanship of Students Affairs of the University. He was a member of the University Governing Council and was the Director of the Directorate of General Studies of the University. He was also the Chairman, University Security Committee, and he has served as the Head of Department of Political on a number of times. Prof Ajayi is currently the Director of the Institute of Peace, Security & Governance of Ekiti State University, Nigeria. In the pursuit of his academic career, he has travelled far and wide as he has visited all the six continents of the world, presenting academic papers. Prof Ajayi is happily married and blessed with successful children.



Bonnie Ayodele (PhD)

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Political Science from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. His research interests are primarily in the areas of international relations; international organizations; South-South relations & development studies; and conflict, peacekeeping & peace building. His interests also extend to the fields of defence & security studies, migration, refugees & humanitarian studies. He possesses a certificate in Conflict Resolution from the United States’ leading institute in peace studies, the United States Institute of Peace (USIP); a certificate from the University of Rhodes Island’s (URI) Centre for Non-violence & Peace, Kingston, Rhode Island, USA; a certificate from Brown International Advanced Research Studies (BIARI) of Brown University, Rhode Island, United States, on Humanitarian Response & Peace Building in Post-Conflict Society; and a certificate from Geneva Graduate Institute on Research Methodology, Switzerland. He has a proven track record of research and facilitation with some reputable organizations such as the Institute for Security Studies (ISS) as an expert on security and policy development; Southern Africa Development Communities (SADC); and the African Unions (AU) where he acts as a resource and policy interventionist expert. He is also a consultant to CLEEN Foundation, one of the leading NGOs in Nigeria; and Balm in Gilead Foundation (BIGIF). He has well over twenty years’ experience in workshop facilitation and training on peacebuilding and conflict resolution for the Institute for Peace, Security and Governance; Ekiti State University, Nigeria; Independent National Electoral commissioner (INEC), Nigeria; and in a number of other countries in Africa. He has had years of experience in training senior civil / public servants, local government workers, civil society organizations and non-governmental organizations in many areas of development studies and peacebuilding. He has a wealth of experience in program design and strategic planning with outstanding conceptualization skills and decoupling complex ideas and processes. He also possesses an outstanding record of success in writing grant proposals for peacekeeping, peacebuilding and conflict management. While he has been teaching, facilitating and researching on contentious issues on Africa and Nigeria, his work on Democratic Republic of Congo and Nigeria’s ethnic militia movements were compelling as they provided him an opportunity to understand the dynamics and complexity of the issues of resources governance, peacekeeping, interventionist roles of international governmental and non-governmental organizations. Within the last five years, he has been awarded close to 25 travel scholarships and has led a team of researchers on security and elections. He is a recipient of many international grants and awards including American Political Science Association and Andrew W. Mellon Foundation in 2014; Fellow TrustAfrica Illicit Financial Flow in 2015; Fellow, Keene State College Genocide Studies & Prevention in 2016; Fellow, BIARI African Fellow in 2018; and American Political Science Association, African Scholar in 2010. He has published over fifty (50) academic journal articles in both local and international learned journals. He has attended and organized many workshops for various organizations, including his current employer, Ekiti State University, Nigeria.
